  Jacob de Geer, CEO, Founder, iZettle

  Jacob de Geer is the founding CEO of iZettle.com that creates services for person-to-person and business-to-consumer commerce. The first service includes a free iPhone app and a mini chip card reader that lets anyone take card payments anytime, anywhere using their iPhone or iPad. In the recent past, Jacob has been one of the founding members of Tre Kronor Media, an award winning agency (Media Agency of the year 2009 and 2010) for performance based marketing, integrated media and advertising, online and offline. Jacob was also the MD for TradeDoubler where he was responsible for the Nordic operations helping build them into one of the largest advertising network players in the world.

  Anja Peltonen, Johtaja, Kuluttajaoikeusryhmä, Kuluttajavirasto

  Anja Peltonen on työskennellyt pitkään kuluttajaoikeuden parissa. Hän johtaa Kuluttajaviraston kuluttajaoikeusryhmää ja toimii kuluttaja-asiamiehen sijaisena. Hän on kysytty asiantuntija ja luennoitsija sekä kotimaassa että kansainvälissä verkostoissa, kuten OECD:n kuluttajapoliittisessa komiteassa ja markkinointia valvovassa viranomaisverkostossa ICPENissa. Peltonen on päätoimittanut Kuluttajansuoja-lehteä vuosina 2000-2006 ja Ajankohtaista Kuluttajaoikeudesta -verkkolehteä vuodesta 2007 lähtien.

  Mr. Harald has worked 30 years in banking with particular focus on e-banking since 1982 when Union Bank of Finland launched home banking. Today he is working for Tieto - a leading North European IT Integrator. His special interest is to demonstrate that the e-habit created in banking can be transferred to other services. He theorizes that end-users are able to reuse their e-trust and e-habit when the familiar e-banking tools are re-used in new purposes and other services.

  Matti Räisänen is Senior Representative of Finnish Commerce Federation since 2000. He is also member of Payment Committee in EuroCommerce. Matti Räisänen has also responsibilities on security, energy, community planning and environment sectors.

  Päivö Eerola has been working in the Payment Cards Industry and Payment Business for the past 15 years. He is one of the founders of Manison Maksujärjestelmät which is now known as Nets Finland and part of Nets concern. Päivö is currently working as a CEO in Nets Finland and he is also Head of Nordic Sales at Nets Merchant Solutions. He has a strong expertise and experience of Payment Card Industry and electronic payment markets in Nordics.

  Mia Ursinilla on yli 15 vuoden monipuolinen kokemus korttimaksamisen toimialasta. Mia on vastannut reilut kolme vuotta Luottokunnan Acquiring tuotteiden ja -palveluiden tuotannon ja kehittämisen tukemisesta. Mian osasto toimii ICT:n, asiakasvastaavien ja tuotehallinnan rajapinnassa ja vastaa Acquiring-toimintaan liittyvien sääntöjen noudattamisen edistämisestä ja seuraamisesta, prosessihäiriöiden selvittämisestä ja kehitystarpeiden määrittelystä. Mian vastuulla on Kauppiaiden ja palveluntarjoajien PCI-vaatimustenmukaisuus -projekti.

  Jani Ristimäellä on reilun 10 vuoden kokemus korteista ja maksamisesta. Jani on toiminut Luottokunnassa useissa eri tehtävissä johtaen viimeiset kolme vuotta Business Intelligence -toimintaa. Janin vastuulla on strategian ja toiminnan suunnittelu sekä tiedolla johtamisen kehittäminen Luottokunnassa. Työssään Jani seuraa ja analysoi aktiivisesti maksamisen toimialan kehitystä ja trendejä. Koulutukseltaan Jani on valtiotieteiden maisteri Helsingin yliopiston kansantaloustieteen laitokselta.

  Karen Williams is the Vice President/General Manager for the Corporate Payments Business in the Nordics Karen has worked for American Express for 10 years, in London, Sweden & New York. She has spent 8 years of this time supporting the International Consumer Business, and 2 supporting the Corporate Payments Business. In her prior role she was the Chief Financial Officer, for the European Corporate Payments Business, overseeing 17 markets. Karen is a renowned Leader within the organization. She is a qualified accountant (ACCA) and holds a BA (Hons) degree in Political Science from the University of Leicester.

  Ari Vienola työskentelee Keskon keskitetyn korttimaksamisen ratkaisun parissa mm. palvelun käytettävyyden ja kehityksen alueella. Erityinen mielenkiinnon alue on uusien toiminnallisuuksien tuominen mukaan korkeaa käytettävyyttä vaarantamatta. Taustalla parin vuosikymmenen kokemus erilaisten prosessien kehittämisestä ja ohjaamisesta.

  Nicolas Houery, Director, European Mobile Payment Association (FRA)

  Nicolas Houéry worked for 30 years for various telecom operators such as France Telecom, SFR, Cegetel, etc. He was also in charge of the GIE (Economic Interest Group) that manages number portability between mobile operators. For nearly three years, he worked as an independent consultant for AEPM (Association Européenne Payez Mobile). After creating it in October 2008, he has been since in charge of its operational management.

  Janne Jutila, liiketoimintajohtaja, Elisa

  Janne is currently working as Business Director at Elisa Customer Interaction Services business unit. He’s responsibilities include Mobile ID and related new business areas. Before that he headed Elisa New Services and Markets business development unit. Prior to Elisa Janne worked at Indagon, a positioning technology company and Nokia Early Stage Technology Fund. Before moving into telecom Janne worked also at BCG, a strategy consulting company and in asset management area for ten years. Janne holds an M.Sc. degree in Economics from Helsinki School of Economics. He has served on the boards of several technology and finance companies. On spare time he prefers to spend time with family or doing sports such as orienteering, running, skiing or playing golf.

Hän on kiinnostunut korkean saavutettavuuden ja kapasiteetin järjestelmistä sekä salausmenetelmistä ja muista tietoturvatekniikoista. Janne työskentelee erityisesti järjestelmä- ja ohjelmistoarkkitehtuurisuunnittelun ja ohjelmistokehityksen parissa.

  Liisa Kanniainen, Vice President at Nordea, is a well-known mobile financial services executive with wide experience both in business and technology leadership. She has led several pioneering product development projects at Nokia and established Mobey Forum as the leading industry network. Her current focus area is strategy development in the rapidly changing business environment.

  Tomi Wickman, Strategic Relationship Manager, Nordea

  Mr. Wickman has been working in various tasks in Nordea during the last 14 years both with consumer and commercial cards. He worked 10 years with commercial cards in product management and product development. Currently he has been working in vendor management for over a year now. The position of supplier relations covers both Nordic and Baltic countries.

  Jarkko Anttiroiko works as Principal Consultant, Cards and Payments at Savantor International. Before Savantor Jarkko helped OP-Pohjola Group to be the market leader in cards, and also ensured the SEPA roadmap met the needs of the Nordic banks through his membership of the European Payments Council Cards Working Group. His list of other key achievements include the introduction of the first major EMV combination (credit/debit) card; combining mass market EMV bank cards with a major retailer-led loyalty programme and transitioning the national debit card to international scheme-branded SEPA compliant debit and debit/credit cards. Jarkko also introduced a new consumer proposition when migrating a major card portfolio from charge cards to fully equipped revolving credit cards.
